QCL Store operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). QCL Store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Your order is not accepted until QCL Store confirms acceptance and payment has been successfully processed.

All purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy, including our policy that all sales are final, except as otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by Quality Collectibles LLC in an exceptional circumstance.

QCL Store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, any sales and purchases you make through our Store are made directly with QCL Store, operated by Quality Collectibles LLC.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and QCL Store, including injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with QCL Store, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, TO THE EXTENT SUCH LIMITATIONS ARE PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
